Assignment decisions are based on the specific journey requirements and the current status of the driver, passenger assistant, vehicle, passenger information and supporting controls.
Personnel follow the agreed journey and escalation arrangements. Changes, delays, incidents and concerns are communicated through the defined channels.
Service information, feedback, incidents and corrective actions are reviewed so issues are addressed and learning is carried into future delivery.
